Business and political leaders are set to join forces to discuss ways to boost the NSW economy.
Up to 120 CEOs, policy analysts and government representatives will gather in Sydney today to help the state regain its place as Australia’s economic engine room.
The Reclaiming 1st program – a NSW Business Chamber initiative – will look at ways to lifting exports, create centres of industry excellence, along with business opportunities from climate change.
Reclaiming 1st sokeswoman Patricia Forsythe said the way to secure long-term prosperity in NSW is through “developing and pursuing a reform agenda that is centred on removing the impediments to business and improving the performance of government.”
