Social media giant Twitter has made it easier for users to block multiple accounts from interacting with them, with new tools that upgrade the mute and block features launched in December 2014.
Twitter users are now able to export and share block lists with others in their online community, meaning you can simply upload a user’s block list into your account and block that group of accounts in one hit.
“Today we’re making it possible to share block lists on twitter.com. This new, advanced feature makes blocking multiple accounts easy, fast and community driven,” Twitter User Safety Engineer Xiaoyun Zhang said in an official blog entry.
“While many users find them useful, we also recognize that some users — those who experience high volumes of unwanted interactions on Twitter — need more sophisticated tools.”
