A new business concept called Smart Cooking claims to answer the ‘What’s for dinner?” question for health-conscious, time-poor Sydneysiders.
“Our philosophy is to make life easier for busy families by delivering nutritious dinner kits that enable home cooking with minimum effort,” says MD Marie Seifert. “With our dinner kits you get all the ingredients you need, including cooking instructions, in one convenient pack.”
Smart Cooking was launched in October 2008 by Swedish Marie and her partner Carl Brostrom. Both are former management consultants with a passion for food.
The company delivers to the Sydney metro area every week. You can order online and the meals are also available for sale at its shop in Cabramatta Road, Cremorne.
