Sydney startups Adiona and X-Centric land spots in PepsiCo’s APAC supply chain program

Two Australian startups selected for PepsiCo’s global supply chain program as corporate innovation push accelerates

Two Sydney-based startups have been selected to fast-track their solutions into PepsiCo’s global supply chain as part of the 2026 edition of the company’s APAC Greenhouse Program.

Adiona, an AI-powered logistics optimisation platform, and X-Centric, a digital soil analytics business, have been named among five finalists for the PepsiCo Greenhouse Program APAC 2026: The IMPACT Edition. Both companies are alumni of the program, with Adiona partnering with PepsiCo since 2023 and X-Centric since 2024.

The 2026 edition marks a shift in how PepsiCo approaches startup collaboration. Rather than running proof-of-concept pilots, the IMPACT Edition is designed to move proven solutions toward commercial agreements, operational integration, and expansion across markets. The seven-month program brings together cross-functional PepsiCo teams across sustainability, supply chain, procurement, research and development, and operations to align on commercial pathways from the outset.

Adiona’s logistics platform has already delivered a 19% reduction in fleet distance travelled in early deployments, with potential to reduce Scope 3 emissions across PepsiCo’s bottler networks. X-Centric’s soil analytics platform enables more precise soil health measurement, supporting PepsiCo’s regenerative agriculture ambitions and its broader sustainability agenda.

The program will conclude with a showcase in Singapore in October, where the five selected startups will present progress against commercial and operational milestones to PepsiCo leaders, partners, and potential investors. The showcase is designed to help startups secure commercial commitments and unlock their next phase of growth.

The other three finalists are Bali Waste Cycle from Indonesia, Beijing AIForce Tech from China, and Takachar from Thailand, each addressing different aspects of PepsiCo’s agriculture, climate, and circularity priorities across the region.
